நின்றோடிப் பொய்த்தல் நிரைதொடீஇ செய்ந்நன்றி
கொன்றாரின் குற்ற முடைத்து

தன்னிடம் இல்லாத ஒரு பொருளை இல்லை என்று சொல்லிவிடுவது எவருக்கும் தீமை அல்ல, அது இயற்கைக் குணமாகும். அவ்வாறு இல்லாமல் தருவேன் என்று பேச்சளவில் சொல்லி, அப்படிக் கொடுக்காமல் இழுத்தடிப்பது, ஒருவர் செய்த நன்றியை மறந்தவர் செய்யும் தவறுக்கு ஒப்பாகும்
